If you had told me years ago that I’d one day be helping founders build and scale their businesses, I might not have believed you. But looking back, every step of my journey—from the classroom to corporate leadership and entrepreneurship—has shaped how I think about growth, strategy, and the power of strong teams.
I started my career as a teacher, working in special needs education in Maryland. Teaching wasn’t just about lesson plans—it was about understanding people, recognizing their strengths, and helping them grow in a way that worked for them. That ability to connect with people and bring out their potential has stayed with me throughout my career.
After leaving teaching, I transitioned into the world of education technology, working with a software company out of Pittsburgh, PA. It was here that I first discovered my love for strategy, team building, and operations. I realized that paying attention to the details—how teams function, how businesses scale, and how the right strategy can unlock growth—was something I truly thrived on.
That passion led me into the world of international sales and marketing, where I built a corporate career helping businesses expand globally. Today, I run the international business for Jazzercise, supporting growth in markets all over the world. But beyond the corporate world, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit of my own—something that led me to open my own Jazzercise studio right here in Arizona.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: I love helping people grow. Whether it's mentoring teams, developing strategy, or working alongside business owners to help them navigate challenges, I’ve always been passionate about supporting others on their journey.
That’s why Rowe Squared is such an exciting and natural fit for me. Early-stage founders are building something amazing, but the road isn’t always clear. Sometimes, you need a sounding board. Sometimes, you need structure. And sometimes, you just need someone to help you see what’s possible and give you the tools to make it happen.
